Mung Sprout and Puffed Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 cup mung sprouts1/2 cup onions, finely chopped1 cup tomato, chopped1/4 tsp cumin seed, powderedPinch of chili powder1/2 tsp sugar2 pinches of salt [the amount you can hold tightly between your forefinger and thumb]1 tbsp coriander leaves [dried], 4 tbsp fresh1 cup puffed rice, ready to eat/fortified
Directions
Keep the puffed rice aside. Toss the rest of the ingredients together.
Add the puffed rice just before you serve, so that they remain crisp when you serve it.
Other options:
1) To have it as a snack, you may avoid the puffed rice.
2) You can avoid the puffed rice and add some crushed chips of your choice.
You can have it as a complete meal or a snack.
