Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp12oz thin spaghetti3 garlic cloves4 tbsp butter (Earth Balance buttery spread) 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil1 cup chopped fresh broccoliParmesan cheese to top
Directions
Boil pasta and broccoli in water till tender save 1 cup of pasta water for use later.

Melt butter over medium heat add garlic then add shrimp. Cook 5-7 min until shrimp begin to curl. Add oil, pasta, broccoli and cheese. Add just enough pasta water so that it is not dry but not too runny.

Serve and top with Parmesan cheese
