Mini Egg Rolls

Ingredients
22 - Won Ton Wraps5 oz ground pork0.25 c. onion chopped0.5 c. celery chopped1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Mix ground pork, onion, celery and soy sauce. (I blend it in a food processor.) Place 1 tsp filling in won ton wrap and fold like a egg roll. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or olive oil spray. Lightly spray egg rolls. Bake in an oven at 475 until done.
