Ingredients
24 ounces potatoes, with skin bite size pieces1 can tomato soup (do not add water)2 tablespoon minced garlic4 tablespoon paprika2 tablespoons orengeno1 tablespoon ground cumin1.5 cups chicken stock
Directions
pre heat oven to 400 degree, meanwhile wash potatoes and cut them in large bite sized chunks, place the potatoes in casserole dish, add chicken stock and soup, stir until blended over the potatoes. sprinkle the garlic, oregeno, cumin and lastly the paprika. cook uncover for about an hour.
