Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)*Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 5 oz (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)*Cheese, Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano) Academia Barilla, 1 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)*Kosher Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove)
Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil about 1 minute. Add zucchini. Sautee 2 minutes. Add tomato - sautee 1 minute. Add spinach and sautee 1 to 1.5 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan reggiano and serve immediately.
