Korean Style Tuna & Spinach Salad

Ingredients
Veggies:1.5 Cup Spinach.75 cup chopped cucumber.5 cup grape tomatoes.25 cup chopped mushroomsdressing:1 tbsp Gochujang paste.5 tbsp sesame oil1tbsp olive oil1 tbsp sushi vinegarsalt & pepper to tasteTuna:1 can drained tuna in water.5 tbsp Gochujang paste.5 tbsp Sesame oilGarnish:1 tsp Sesame seeds.25 cup Kimchi
Directions
Combine veggies in a bowl and set aside.

Mix ingredients for dressing in a small bowl with a fork, blending until the gochujang paste is incorporated. Pour over veggies and toss.

In the same bowl used for dressing, combine tuna and remaining gochujang paste and water. Mix until incorporated.

Top veggies with tuna mix and kimchi and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
