Morrocan Lemon cake

Ingredients
2 cups Almond Meal/flour (blanched) 1.5 preserved lemons - whole 4 Eggs .5 cup Coconut Milk, 1 tsp Baking Soda1 cup xylitol
Directions
the lemons shouldbe preserved or boil for 1.5 hours
then run through food processor
add rest of ingredients and process until smooth bake 375 for 40mins in square pan.
cool in pan
Cut into 16 squares
