Polish Sausage with Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb smoked turkey sausage (cut into 1/4 inch pieces)8oz bow tie pasta2 tsp of minced garlic2 tbsp butter (I can't believe it's not butter)1.5 cups of fat free milk1 tbsp cornstarch1.5 cups of sugar snap peas1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (red fat)
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package.
While pasta cooks, saute the smoked sausage and minced garlic in butter substitute.
Combine the cornstarch and milk until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and cornstarch to the sausage and garlic.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and cooking approximately 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium.
Drain pasta and add to the sausage mixture.
Add snow peas and cheddar cheese.
Cook until the cheddar cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
