Poppy Seed Chicken

3 Chicken Breasts2 can Cream of Chicken soup8 oz Sour Cream16 oz Chopped Broccoli (thawed)3 tsp Poppy Seed1/2 c Milk16 oz pkg Egg Noodles1/2 c Butter1 stack Ritz Crackers
Cook chicken and cut in to bite size pieces. Mix together soup, sour cream, broccoli, 2 tsp poppy seed, milk, and chicken. Put in to casserole dish or 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and in to that, put crushed crackers and 1 tsp poppy seed. Mix together and spread on top of chicken mixture. Cover pan. Cook at 350 degrees until it bubbles, approx 30-35 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Serves 8.
