WDT 1/2 Strength Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
2 qt water2 lbs. ground chuck4 medium onions12 cloves garlic2 15-oz tomato sauce4 T apple cider vinegar2 T Worcestershire sauce20 peppercorns, ground16 whole allspice, ground16 whole cloves, ground2 large bay leaf4 tsp ground cinnamon3 tsp red pepper2 tsp ground cumin1 oz unsweetened chocolate, grated
Directions
Bring water to boil in 4-6 qt pot and add ground beef. Stir until beef separates and reduce to simmer. Add chopped onions, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Add spices, salt, and chocolate and bring back to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2.5 hours. Remove bay leaf, cool uncovered and refrigerate overnight. Before reheating, skim off fat. Serves 10, 1 cup servings.
