Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes2 Cans black beans (do not drain)1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 cup salsa4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings (ish)

Put all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours (thawed chicken) or low for 6-8 hours (frozen chicken).

Serve with low fat shredded cheese, low fat sour cream and crush tortilla chips over top (it's so much better this way, but you need to be prepared to add those calories!) The slow cooker recipe is the only calories added into this recipe. Add calories from any "sides" you put on top!
