Ingredients
Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lbDiced Tomatoes, 1 canKidney beans, 1 canRed pepper, 1 half, choppedBaby Carrots, 8 choppedChilli powder, 1 tspMild Salsa, 0.5 cupPacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 0.5 cupGarlic, 2 clove, dicedWhole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 canSalt & pepper to flavorShredded Cheese
Directions
Chop/dice necessary ingredients

Brown turkey

Place half of everything except the turkey in the crock pot, then add turkey, then add the remainder of ingredients

Cooked in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hrs or 4-6 hrs on high

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top, tortilla chips of your preference optional

** My version is lower sodium then this calculates, I use low sodium broth & unsalted corn, I just didn't have time to add those to the food bank.
