Whey Protein Pancakes- Low Carb, High Protein Breakfast

Ingredients
1 rounded scoop of any flavor Labrada Prov-V160 protein powder4 egg whites1 tsp cinnamonsugar free maple syrup
Directions
Makes one big breakfast serving, or two snack servings.

1. Combine the protein powder, egg whites, and cinnamon and use a smart stick hand blender or whisk by hand to combine well.
2. Fry in Pam in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Top with sugar free maple syrup.

Optional add-ins (not counted in the nutritional info here): Chocolate chips, nuts, banana chunks, flaxseed meal, etc.
