Leftover Stir Fry

1 Tbs. olive oil1 lb. crimini mushrooms, sliced4 oz. petite baby carrots, sliced1/4 cup chopped red onion6 oz. frozen spinach6 oz. leftover O'Charley's Prime Time Prime Rib1 cup leftover O'Charley's Broccoli2 Tbs. House of Tsang Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry SauceGarlic powder to tasteSalt to taste
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Saute onions, mushrooms, and carrots for 5 minutes. Add frozen spinach. While spinach is heating, slice leftover prime rib into thin strips and cut strips into 1-inch pieces. Chopped leftover broccoli. Add prime rib and broccoli and heat. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
Serve with brown rice.
