Whey Protein Pancakes- High Protein Breakfast

Ingredients
1 rounded scoop of any flavor Labrada Prov-V160 protein powder4 egg whites1 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal1/3 cut oat floursugar free maple syrup
Directions
Makes one big breakfast serving, or two snack servings.

1. Combine all ingredients except the syrup and use a smart stick hand blender or whisk by hand to combine well.
2. Fry in Pam in a skillet on medium heat.
3. Top with sugar free maple syrup.

Optional add-ins (not counted in the nutritional info here): Chocolate chips, nuts, banana chunks.
