2 cups Water1/4 cup COLD Butter, cut into pieces2 tsp. Lemon Juice2 Eggs2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 3/4 tsp. Salt3 Tbsp. Oat Bran1/4 cup Wheat Bran1/2 cup Psyllium Husks1/4 cup Ground Flax Seeds1/2 cup Protein Whey3 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast Flakes1/2 cup Vital Wheat Gluten4 1/2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
This is for a bread machine. Place room temperature ingredients and cold butter in pan in order listed. Select Whole Wheat cycle. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading. The dough should be in a soft, tacky ball. If it is dry and stiff, add water, 1/2 to a tbsp. at a time. If it is too wet and sticky, add 1 tbsp. of flour at a time.
