Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast4 Tablespoons Salsa2 Tablespoons Mexican Shredded Cheese BlendThis recipe is for ONE serving. Double it/triple it, etc. for more servings.
Directions
The easiest way that I found to make this is to grill or bake your chicken breast. Then, simply line a baking sheet with tin foil, put the salsa & cheese on top of your chicken breast, and bake for 10 mins at 350* until the cheese is melted, and the salsa is warm.
