Pam's Cabbage soup

Ingredients
I medium red bell pepper1 medium green bell pepper4 medium onions4 stalks of celery6 medium carrots2 packets Lipton onion soup mix3 cans stewed tomatoes1 large head of red cabbage
Directions
cut veggies to your desired size. I like large pieces. Stir all togehter in a large pot or dutch oven, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and just let it cook for about a half an hour. We love it and eat all day. It's the old cabbage soup diet soup with a little bit of zing.
