Jalepeno Popper Spread

Ingredients
2 (8 ounce packages) of reduced fat cream cheese1/2 cup reduced fat may with olive oil (the good fat)1/2 cup light sour cream2 to 3 (4 ounce) cans jalepeno peppers (depends on the heat you like)1 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Directions
Stir together cream cheese, mayo and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in Jalapeno peppers and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into a oven safe dish. Top with the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned.
Note; you can add fresh jalapenos on top or chopped to replace the canned peppers.
