Mannaya Kasha/Semolina Porridge

Ingredients

1/4 cup semolina1.5 cup soy milk1/2 tbsp. vegan butter1 tsp. sugarsalt, to taste
In a small saucepan, bring milk to a boil.
Stir semolina in gradually.
Add butter, sugar, and salt.
Bring to a boil again, reduce heat, and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with jam, honey, or fruits.
Makes 1 serving.
