Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
6 TBS unsweetened cocoa2 TBS canola or vegetable oil3/4c sugar1/4 tsp salt1/2 c light corn syrup1/2 c 2% milk2 TBS butter1 TBS vanilla
Directions
Combine cocoa, oil, sugar, salt, corn syprup, and milk in heavy bottomed sauce pan. Cook on low for 20 min or until thickened. Remove from heat and melt in butter. Add vanilla. Makes approximately 2 cups. Servings size is 1/4 cup.
