Stewed Rhubarb

Directions
4 cups diced rhubarb3/4 cup sugar1 cup waterdash cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Cook over medium heat, watch it doesn't boil over. Boil until rhubarb is tender, about 3-5 minutes. Serve warm by itself or you may use it over ice cream, on short cakes, or in custard. Tastes great cool as well. Refrigerate after it cools. Enjoy!
