Chicken and Rice Plus

Ingredients
2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.2 TBS olive oil1 Envelope of Lipton (Knorr) Cheddar broccoli Rice sides. Or your favorite flavor.1/2 cup Arborio rice1/2 cup Cut Fideo pasta4 cups of Swanson low sodium and low fat chicken brothAt least 1 cup of broccoli, fresh or frozen (thawed)
Directions
Cut up your chicken breasts in 1 1/2 in squares.
Brown in skillet with olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
In a large sauce pan put in Chicken Broth, Lipton rice side envelope, arborio rice and Cut Fideo Pasta.
Bring to a boil and turn down the heat.
Add the browned chicken and broccoli
Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Depending on how dry you like your rice.

Serve with a side salad.
