Cheesy Rice and Ground Meat Skillet

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkeyWorchestershire sauceBunch of scallions2 pieces of celeryHalf a large green chili1 cup of cauliflower florets1 medium tomato1 cup of wild rice2 oz lowfat cream cheese2 oz of lowfat shredded cheddar cheeseCajun or other spices
Directions
Cook rice

Brown ground turkey with Worchestershire sauce in a large skillet

Add chopped scallions, celery, green chili, and cauliflower and saute until tender

Add cream cheese and allow to melt

Mix in rice and tomato and cook for about another minute

Spice as you like. I used cajun spice and it came out really nice.

Right before serving, turn off heat, add in shredded cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
