1 1/2 cups Total Whole Grain Cereal2/3 cups white flour2/3 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup packed splenda brown sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder3/4 teaspoon baking soda1 cup applesauce1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk2 tablespoons canola oil1 egg or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product1/2 cup raisins, if desired
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. Crush cereal. In large bowl, stir together cereal, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
