8 oz, beef round steak(sliced thin1 tbsp all purpose flour4 oz. sour cream4 oz can mushrooms1/4 cup onion chopped1 tsp minced garlic2 cups cooked noodles1 tsp Watkins beef soup & gravy base
Prepare noodles according to instructions.Partially freeze beef.Thinly slice across grain into bite size pieces.Combine flour and sour cream. Stir in gravy base granules. In a skillet heat oil, saute garlic onions and mushrooms until starting to tenderize. add beef until starting to brown. add sour cream mixture. Cook and stir ove medium heat until bubbly then cook 1 minute more
