Jiffy salad

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
1)Grate carrots, cucumber and cabbage and mix it well
2)Mix in the yoghurt and salt till it becomes like a batter and add the veggies to this.
3) Jiffy salad is ready:-)
