2 T canola oil1 c.onion2 t coriander1 t cumin1/;2 t cayenne1/2 paprika1 t sea salt1/2 t turmericclove garlic crushed1 large diced tomato8 oz fresh spinach chopped
Directions
saute onion in canola. add spices, tomato and spinach. once spinach has cooked down, add chickpea dumplings.
