Bernice's Beef Pot Roast

2 med. potatoes diced2 small onions cut in wedgesone cup baby carrots3 lb seasoned cross rib roast of beef (1.4 kg)2 ribs celery diced1 cup red wine1 tbsp garlic1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp basil1tsp or packet Oxo beef bouillon1 1/2 cups fresh green peas
Put all ingredients in crock pot or slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hrs or low for 8 hours, Fifteen minutes before ready add the peas to the pot.
