Slice potato and layer in a dish with the spinach and asparagus.
Melt Bertolli gently. Add rice flour and mix. Take off heat and slowly add milk until thickens. Add half stilton. Poour sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle the rest of the stilton and oven bake at 200c for 20 - 30 mins.
