Rhubarb Strawberry Compote

1 cup rhubarb (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)1 tsp Butter, saltedStevia, to tasteCinnamon, to taste
1. Warm a medium sized saucepan. Add in butter, allow to melt.
3. Add frozen rhubarb and allow to simmer.
3. When rhubarb has cooked slightly, add strawberries.
4. Sprinkle in Stevia and cinnamon to taste.
Store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
