spicy shrimp and scallops

1/4 fresh lemon16 oz raw shrimp cleaned and deveined160z dry sea scallops1/8 cup sun dried tomatoes10 cloves garlic slices paper thin2 tbsp olive oil15 pats of butterred pepper flakes or cayene pepper to taste1/2 cup white wine1/4 cup parmesian cheese2 cups spelt pasta
saute garlic and shrimp in oil then squeeze fresh lemon on shrimp- remove from pan
coat pan with spray olive oil
sear scallops until golden on both sides (dry sea scallops) squeeze fresh lemon on the cooked scallops
add in shrimp and garlic, sun dried tomatoes, butter, wine and red pepper flakes or cayene pepper to taste
simmer for short time while stirring ingredients
serve over spelt pasta then sprinkle with parmesian cheese
