turkey stuffing casserole

1 cup of chopped up roasted turkey1/2 can of college inn chicken broth (low sodium)1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped fine1 tsp sage1 tsp celery seed1 tsp pepper1 egg6 slices of toasted bread crumbs from oven, or toasted in your toaster
In medium size bowl beat 1 egg, add 1/2 cup of college inn chicken broth, then add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup green bell pepper, 1 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1 tsp. gr. pepper mix well.
On baking sheet lightly spray and tear up 6 slices of bread and toast in oven for 8 min. Remove and add to above ingredients mixing well.
Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and then pour all the mixture into the baking dish and bake on 350 for 3-45 minutes til lightly brown on top.
Serve immediately. Makes about 9 ~1 cup servings
