Ingredients
7 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 Large Egg whisked.5 Cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned or use your own seasoningPan Spry
Directions
Spray Cooking Sheet with Pan Spray
Heat oven to 350 degrees Sheet in oven to heat
While heating sprayed cooking sheet Prepare
In shallow container such as Pie Plate whisk 1 egg
In another shallow container Put bread crumbs in
Dip Chicken thighs into egg then coat with Bread Crumbs
put onto heated cooking sheet
Bake 15 minutes then turn and bake another 15 minutes or until fully cooked
