Stir fried cabbage

Ingredients
5 cups shredded cabbage1 cup red bell pepper cutr into strips1 cup green bell pepper cut into strips1 cup green onions, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped1 tbsp smart balance spreadsaltpepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet on low. Add garlic to brown. Once garlic is browned, add peppers, cabbage, and butter. Cover, stirring frequently. Once cabbage is nearly soft, add onions. Cook for about 5 minutes. add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes and excellent side dish or a filling main dish.
