Thai Chicken Broccoli Wrap

Ingredients
12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips1/4 tsp garlic salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 cups broccoli slaw mix1/4 tsp ground ginger3 10" whole wheat flour totillas1 recipe Peanut Sauce**Peanut Sauce3 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter2 tbsp water1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce1 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt & pepper. Coat unheat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preaheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Add broccoli slaw and ginger to skillet. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or uneil tender crips.

spread tortillas with Peanut Sauce. Top with chicken strips and vegetables. Rolle up tortillas. Cut each wrap into half. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.

Peanut Sauce:
In a small saucepan combine peanut butter, water, soy sauce, garlic & ground ginger. Heat over very low heat untilmelted and smooth, whisking constantly.
