Ingredients
~ 2 cups plain yogurt (Brown Cow)~ 1/2 Vidala Onion, grated~ 1/2 to 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder~ 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil~ 1/8 to 1/2 tsp White Wine Vinegar~ Salt & White Pepper to taste~ 1 tsp Chives~ 1 tblsp Parsley
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Serve with pita chips for a healthy baked alternative.
