Tinned Diced Tomatoes, Extra Lean Ground Tturkey, Onions, Green Peppers, Tin Black Beans, Knorr Chicken Stock Cube, Tin Tomato Sauce, Garlic, Jalapeno Pepper, Adobo Sauce (optional), Mexican Seasoning

Peel and roughly chop onion. Chop pepper in half, de seed and dice into large chunks. Drain beans. Finely chop and de seed (very inportant) jalapeno and garlic. Prepare one cup of stock.
Place about half of the stock into a large frying pan or wok and add onions, garlic and jalapeno. Bring to a boil on a medium to high heat and cook for several minutes until the onion is soft and stock almost gone. Add peppers and cook for a further minute then add turkey, add a bit more stock if necessary to prevent meat sticking. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until turkey is done. Add tomatoes and seasoning, stir well then add beans and frozen corn. Simmer for about thirty minutes stirring occasionally.
