Janet's Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients
1 Head cauliflower3 Tbps butter1.5 Tbps sour cream4 oz fat free cream cheese5 oz can evaporated milk3.5 oz shredded cheddar/colby/ jack cheesesaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
Cut cauliflower into pieces and steam until tender. Mix cauliflower and remaining ingrediants, except cheddar cheese in pot over low heat until well combined and melted together. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.

Pour mix into sprayed casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake @ 375 until bubbly and cheese is melted
