Ingredients
1 cup Choc. Rice Milk1/2 Frozen Banana4 Frozen Strawberries1 tbsp of Almond Nut Butter1 teaspoon of Orange Cod Liver Oil*Blend then add 1 scoop of Choc. Protein Powder
Directions
Makes 1 - 16oz shake

Reduce Calories just replace rice milk with water.

(don't blend Protein- denature the amino acids)
In vita mix low setting to stir it in.
Other blenders you must not minimize blending, best to shake.
