1 can of 98% fat free mushroom soup1 cup of dry medium grain brown rice makes 3 cups when cooked1 cup of 1% milk1 package of dry vegetable soup mix
Cook brown rice on stove top for time on the bag. Mix milk, mushroom soup and dry vegetable soup mix together and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix cooked rice and soup mixture together and bake an addition 15 minutes. Serve. Makes 6 servings.
