Ingredients
1 lb (450g) EXTRA LEAN minced or ground turkey2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese1 egg white1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper* or spices as desired - Italion etc
Directions
mix together and seperate into 4 quarters, form into 4 patties (ido smaller ones for the kids) , Heat a nonstick fry pan over med heat, spray with non stick spray, add patties cook 4-5 min each side or until no longer pink in the middle,

Serve on buns and topped with Mango Chutney or Salsa
