1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 12 tbsp flax seed meal4 tbsp butter3 med ripe bananas1/4 cup apple sauce1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup raisins1 egg1/2 cup brown sugar, unpacked1 tsp baking sodapinch salt, baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 12 muffin pan.
