Custard Baked French Toast

Ingredients
French bread, sliced 1" thick4 eggs, beaten3/4 c sugar (Splenda)1 T vanilladash nutmeg4 cup 2 % milkcinnamonsliced almonds
Directions
Spray 9" x13" pan. Line bottom with sliced bread, fitting snugly into dish. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg. Add milk. Whisk thoroughly or beat with elec. mixter until blended. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sliced almonds. Can be stored in refrig. overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
