Ingredients
1 can diced tomato1 bell pepper diced 1 onion diced3 cloves garlic diced2 c dried lentils5 cup water1 tbs oregano salt peppergarlic powderonion powder270 g diced carrots1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
saute veggies in olive oil
about 5 min
add lentils and tomatoes and water
bring to boil
reduce heat 30 min, till tender
makes (8 )1 cup serving
