ham and cheese omelet

Ingredients

Directions
using a whisk, whisk 4 eggs into medium size bowl.
chop 1/2 cup onions, add to eggs.
dice 1 cup lean ham into small cubes, add to eggs.
spray pan with a pan spray, add egg mixture, then put cheese on top, cook over medium heat, when 1/2 done, gently flip one half of omelet, hold spatula on it for a few seconds until it holds together, cook thoroughly, add salt and pepper as desired. serve hot!
NOT FOR PEOPLE ON A LOW FAT DIET!
