Ingredients
1 can Rotel tomatoes2 cups water4 chicken breast tenders1 cup brown rice1 T. cajun seasoning1 can cream of mushroom soupPut the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy.
