* *Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 32 oz * Garlic powder, 1 tsp * Onions, raw, 4 large * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped * Chili powder, 3 tbsp * *Cumin seed, 2 tsp * Pureed Tomatoes, 1 can (29 oz) * Chicken Broth, 30 fl oz * Beans, red kidney, 2 cup * Salsa, 2 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp sugar 2 tbsp
Saute Chicken, garlic powder, onion, and peppers in cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients and simmer one hour. Makes 10 servings
