Chicken breast (2) Tyson ChickenLow Fat or Fat free Italian dressingRed Bell Peppers (or color of choice)
Cut Chicken into fajita size strips.
Slice bell peper into fajita strips.
Take medium size sauce pan and spray with a light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Turn top burner to med-high temp and add desired amount of Italian (low fat or fat free) dressing to pan. Add peppers and chicken to pan and stir often. Cook until chicken is done all the way through and pepper strips become soft with flavor.
