Directions
make quinoa in 2 times the vol of water with a pinch of salt.Cut veggies and bil.Meanwhile grind cumin,cocunut and a quarter of onion and a green chilli.Add to the cooked veggies.Enjoy!Can be eaten with rice instead of quinoa.
